Our supplier, Nippon Koshuha Steel, also manufactures stainless steel and special alloys required for medical equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and other industries.

Stainless Steel

Classification Steel Grade Properties and Applications
Austenitic
Stainless Steel
SUS304V
High-purity Steel
There are three smelting methods based on application (high purity): ① Atmospheric-VAR (single-melt material), ② VIF-VAR (double-melt material), ③ VIF-VAR-VAR (triple-melt material). Suitable for medical equipment, guide wires, and other applications.
SUS316LV
High-purity Steel
A modified ultra-low carbon based on 316 stainless steel, retaining the properties of 316 while enhancing resistance to intergranular corrosion. Suitable for medical stents, guide wires, and flow control valves for semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Martensitic
Stainless Steel
SUS420J2 A steel grade with high hardness after quenching. Suitable for cutting tools, nozzles, valve seats, valves, and other applications.
SUS440C The hardest grade among all stainless steels. Suitable for medical instruments, nozzles, bearings, and other applications.
SMX70 A proprietary steel grade of Nippon Koshuha Steel. Similar to the SUS440 series, with improved machinability. Suitable for linear guides, slides, and other applications.
420MOD After heat treatment, this steel grade achieves hardness equivalent to SUS440C and corrosion resistance comparable to SUS630. Suitable for medical drills, cutting tools, injection screws, and other applications.
Precipitation Hardening
Stainless Steel
SUS630 A copper-added precipitation-hardening steel with high corrosion resistance. Suitable for valves, shafts, turbine components, and applications in the chemical fiber industry.
